By downloading, installing, or using the GORB World app or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

GORB World lets you organize your contacts (GORB lists), create events, and send or receive invitations to meet up. The service is provided "as is" and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Account and Conduct

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the app for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to violate their rights. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may also terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GORB World and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app (including loss of data or missed meetups). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for content shared through the app by users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new terms here and update the "Last updated" date. We may notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
